The Joint Master of Arts in Architecture is offered jointly by the Hautes écoles spécialisées de Suisse occidentale (HES-SO) and the Haute école spécialisée bernoise (BFH). It awards the degree of Master of Arts in Architecture HES-SO / BFH, which is recognised in Switzerland and abroad (120 ECTS credits)

- A Swiss University of Applied Sciences Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent title.
- A Swiss University or Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a Swiss or foreign title deemed equivalent and have completed a 12-month professional internship.

The Joint Master of Architecture is organised jointly by the architecture departments of HES-SO and BFH
Classes start in week 38
Start of autumn semester, week 38, duration 16 weeks
Start of spring semester, week 8, duration 16 weeks
The course can be taken full time or part time
2 years’ equivalent full-time study (including Master’s thesis)
French, German and English
Level C1 required for the language of the main training site and for the selected modules. Level B1 required for at least a second of the three languages.
